Introduction
Core Essence supports the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and the environment people live in through offering products and services based on a variety of skills
Introduction
People share the gift of life with the plants, the animals and the elements. This takes place within the environment on earth and its celestial bodies. It is on this level, change can happen.
The core of change is essence to essence person to person.
The strength of Core Essence is to do the least.
Issues
Nowadays with the global warming, natural disasters and other ecological issues, people face many dilemmas. External conflicts cause trauma. The pain brings confusion. The focus of the (social) media doesn't help. At the same time not enough people are aware of the lethal impact all these external stresses cause on the peoples themselves.
Aim
By drawing the viewer into the work, we hope to give them some reprieve from the external pressures of nowadays life. Showing vulnerability and curiosity from our part, might give encouragement to the viewer to show the same. Curiosity might guide them to their own wonders happening within themselves again. Who knows it might encourage them to have a different look towards their own positioning in the world. They might see a flickering of what could be changed within this. Everybody has a choice in this as little as it might be.

The core of Core Essence consists of colourful, simple abstract painting series, related masterbottles and writings. Some are connected to native New Zealand or European plants, trees, animals and/or insects. They capture the essence of universal journeys. Others capture the essence of the five elements based on classical traditional Chinese philosophy.
Each series touches on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual qualities. The related writings give an overview of those underlying qualities.
Intention and focus preserved into alcohol results into related masterbottles.
The geometrical drawings of 'Use as Needed' are visual extracts of universal themes.
Services
Getting to the core
Inner nature, outer nature
master of creativity
The core of Core Essence consists of cultivating energy by means of easy, accessible and fun practises. These might be done sitting, lying down or standing. The work might touch on the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and the environment people live in.
Consultations, classes and workshops support the practises. Core Essence products might be used during these sessions.
Viewer
For the viewer the work might feel alienating at first. Through receiving background information, curiosity will take over. It is an invitation to get lost in an inner world. A world which can be simple and honest. Deepening, overwhelming and vast all at the same time. Recognition works transformational and invites for more. Who knows this eclectic mix might work as nourishment for the soul.
Proces
An intent is set. The spaces in between are investigated. When enough information has ben gathered and enough connections have been made, a conclusion is made. All melds together with the aim that the end result rises above. And so the essence is caught.

‘…The beginnings of Core Essence started back in 2009. I realised my life at that time looked like a pizza with a missing piece. I thought, if I can fill that missing piece I might be able to heal. And I might be able to heal the scars. I asked myself ‘What will help me to achieve that?’. I answered myself ‘Practise drawing circles!’. And so I started. Not knowing then that it would lead to all this...'
